Whoa whoa - completed week 2 of the fabulous programme. The long, short, medium routine is working for me. Touch wood injury free so far.

I should at least be ready to join with the main group when it starts on 16th Feb.

Will attempt the 7k of week 3 on Sunday.

How did your run go?

It was so mild this morning. I tried a new route so that I didn't get bored (or struggle at the 5km finishing point). Seemed to do the trick 7km running in the bag.

Well done thats great!

I got back about half an hour ago, I do an out and back route, turning at the half-way mark, so I never have to run past my finish point😆...

It was warm...I unzipped my jacket but kept it on..

Mapmyrun and Strava both gave out at 2.9k but I have done this run before so knew where to turn..did about 7.3k in 1 hour 58 secs.

Aaaaah feels good to have done that...recovery run next for me 4k...maybe Wednesday 😉..

Well done. I would normally do the short run ( 3.5km for week 3) on Wed. This week I have a day off so if I feel up to it I might do the 5km. 😊

Thanks to you - the routine of doing long, short, medium seems to be working for me. Tomorrow will be another challenge.
