My physio has assessed me as having left leg weakness affecting my left si joint, all from falling off a kerb 12 months ago. His prescribed physio strengthening exercises includes........sqwats! Oh yes, sqwats and more sqwats!

Done. I also found myself squatting rather than bending in the garden today like I usually do so have probably done hundreds 😩
