Well I did it!
Hubby drove me to another village on my disused railway route. Chilly morning but at least it was dry.

Who would have thought I could do this when I started couch to 5k in September. Ran in 69 mins so very happy with pace too.

Well done Carolyn! Been a week out with my shin splints and feel ok so hoping to start the programme of Ju-ju’s tomorrow - will never be as fast as you (well not till the weight comes off). Congratulations- you’ll be doing marathons soon 😱
I'm so lucky that have stayed injury free so far. Can't imagine what I'm going to do if I can't run 🏃♀️definitely won't be running further than 10k 😀
