Many thanks for the 10 is the Magic Number programme ju-ju-. I didn't get very far at the 1st attempt. However, this week I managed to complete all 3 runs of week 1. Not sure I'll manage to keep up with each week but will just repeat a week if I need to. My new approach is to do the long run on a Sunday (the start of my week), the shortest run on Wednesday when I need to get to work early and the middle distance on Friday.
Looking forward to slowly progressing to 10K.
