Getting back into it after IC

After doing a 5k on Saturday and still feeling a bit sore, I rested up and did a very sedate 5k with the Jogging group this morning. Felt much better after but left leg ‘radiating’ a tad after having had Shin Splints. It’s not painful so I’m assuming it’s OK to resume 10K training? 🤔

Thanks Chris, will see how it goes. Going back a couple of weeks so you’ll probably get there before me 😊

Glad you're back. I find your posts inspiring.

So glad for you to be back out there again, I bet that's a relief. I would err on the side of caution for another week just to be on the safe side. Then maybe try a slightly longer run. My recent little taster of the IC - I never want to go back there again!! Good luck :)
