A bit of a toughie tonight, driving rain and my asthma playing up but I plodded along at just over 7 minutes per kilometre to complete Week 1. Note to self, ensure phone is sufficiently charged as it switched off right near the end and lost 0.2k off Strava. Week 2 up next with the aim of 10k by the end of February.

I’ve done away with my Apple Watch and bought the Garmin Forerunner 225 second hand. Great bit of kit, no need to carry your phone, unless you listen to music of course. It downloads automatically to Strava via Garmin Connect App.....worth a look mate 😊
