Is there a program I can follow over a period of time to get me to 10k

There are many you can try. Do a Google search or follow Jujus 10 k programme.

Our very own Juicy-Ju has a programme to get you from 5k to 10k. She is an inspirational lady and will take you through the process from start to finish, leading from the front as ever. She makes a weekly video to explain what's happening. Go and have a look and get signed up

There's also Sami Murphy Bridge to 10k podcasts which are free to download from this site. They are kick-ass and brilliant but I would do C25k+ Stepping Stones podcasts to death, while doing Juicy-Ju programme and then onto Sami

Plenty of running but remember to go steady. Slow and steady, building up gradually to avoid injury.

Go to the pinned posts.....10 is the magic number. I believe Ju-Ju is starting a new one soon so you could wait for that.
