Hiya, I’m currently on W5, R3 of my Couch to 5K but I’ve got my local 10k in 4 months so I thought I’d get some advice. I’m a bit nervous that I won’t be able to do it as I haven’t given myself enough time, by the middle of February I should have completed my C25K but I’m unsure about the 10k plan

I think you’ll be fine with those timings as long as you continue to build steadily after the C25K graduation. Continue to run regularly three times a week and lengthen your long run following the 10% rule while keeping the other runs short and you should be fine.Remember to throw in a recovery week or two as well. Keep up the good work 🏃🏼
