I am absolutely over the moon, I’ve just managed to run for 1hr without stopping, completing a 7k run. Slow and steady is definitely key as wise Floss would say 😁

This program is fab, without it I definitely would not be able to run 7k , let alone comfortably to up the pace for the last km 😂
