I am a bit ahead on Ju-Ju’s plan. I look forward each week to my long run and can’t wait to break that 10K barrier.
My quest for 7K on my run yesterday had me going a little further. I didn’t want to stop! I felt great, had energy at the end to sprint for the finish and my legs were still going strong. I had to force myself to stop as to avoid too much too soon. But alas, it felt superb.
My rest days become longing for the next day I can lace up my trainers and hit the pavement. I’ve become a nut!

Isn't it great! I always feel like going for a run fairly soon after I've done one, like an hour later, but next run day I often feel lazy (certainly in this weather) and have to give myself a shove out the door!
Fantastic run kwell. You’re going to smash 10k out the park. Isn’t it wonderful to have running to look forward to? I’m the same as you, and think about my next run on every rest day! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
It certainly is kwell! And you’re welcome. I love to send positive vibes to people as I received so many myself, and still do! Lovely community. ❤️🏃♀️🏃
Woah! 😁😁😁 Just slightly over your target then kwell39!!! 😂😂😂 You really didn't want to stop then did you? I guess you had to trip yourself up, or jump into a bush or something to be able to stop... you're such a run junkie! love it. 🤜🤛 Excellent work, well done you ⚡⚡
