1st 7k

Did c25k wk7.3 with the wife on Monday and doing parkrun next Saturday so thought I'd slip in a sneaky run this afternoon. So I did a 5 min warm up walk then started at a steady pace. Gradually increased pace and managed 7k reasonably well in 38mins 24secs. This is the furthest I've run so far and more than I've done in 30 years. Happy days

Thanks. I was happy that I managed 7k. Not trying for a fast time but having started steadily I was pleased to find I ran near negative splits

Thanks Cheeky. It was a good one. As the distance increases I am having to plan new routes too which keeps it interesting.

Yeah I'm linking up some of the options of routes I did in the early days of c25k to make longer ones. It's great to think I've run all that way!
