Was talking to husband yesterday about how frustrating it was that I couldn’t find it, when I spotted the super safe thing in which I’d hidden it away from the grandsprockets.
So onto my wrist it went this morning for what turned out to be a wet, windy and walky 10K with a few of my Canicross friends. We all opted to walk up one particular hill at about the 8k mark, which was good for me as I was beginning to feel it a bit by then. It was good to have a chat with everyone and we ended talking about how - as a group - we don’t stretch enough before/after our runs. With the result that when we got back to the car park we all did some independent stretching 😊 To be honest, they all had time for more stretching than I did as I got sort of lost on the final few hundred metres, when having followed everyone into a copse and out the other side, I realised I didn’t recognise anything! I wasn’t off course though, and a friendly passing dog walker lead me down to the car park I needed, which was hidden behind another narrow belt of trees not very far away at all.
It occurs to me that I haven’t introduced you all to Molly, who is Taylor Beagle’s bff and her current running buddy. Molly belongs to the same friends that own Brontë ‘the Powerhouse’ Pointer, and she likes chasing her mum or dad when we’re on a run which is great for me as they are both faster than I am 😃, so have a picture of Molly from a run we did last weekend.
Happy New Year Everyone!
