Haha, being kicked out to do it is definitely motivation 😂

I trotted out yesterday morning but it was like fighting for my life in a wind tunnel down by the sea. It ended up as a run/walk (shorter than expected) outing.

Yes, today we shall chill 😆

Oh yes I can imagine... there was some wind here but not too bad 😊 Enjoy the Boxing Day festivities and you can then get back to normal 💪

It reached window rattling status by yesterday evening. Thankfully, calmer this morning. I’ll get another run in down here before heading home in a day or so.

Enjoy your day too ... and keep up the good work ☺️

Well done, I'm a week behind and tomorrow will be 7k 😳

It doesn't matter how long it takes... I had considered redoing last week but I thought no... It took me a bit longer than 9 weeks to complete couch to 5k but I did it... way I see it is you will always lap those on the couch 😉👍

Not really one for pace except my Parkruns on Saturdays but impressive form there. I am like you scheduled to run 8K tonight (Wednesday) doubt I will get that distance but will see how I feel as I run.

On Christmas Day I did 5K round the Olympic Rowing Lake in Dorney it was a grey old morning but a happy one. Sadly my diet has taken a hit over the past three or four days so not sure how that will effect my form.

Kit ready though!

Good luck with the 8km... you may well surprise yourself... I think everyone's diet has taken a battering we can all move forwards now x

Hi well done on your run. It sounds like you’re doing really well. Can I please ask if there a specific programme you are using to move up to 10K? I have just graduated C25k and am looking for the next step up. Thank you
