I've no idea what that means.

I like a 4mm offset but it is a good idea to mix it up a bit. I ran the marathon in 12mm

Thems lovely shoes ! Too nice to get mucky though 😃

You tried em yet?

Heel to toe drop, different shoes have different drop.... which means some are flatter than others. I always have at least 10mm as I am prone to PF .

Assume you know Black Friday means in the sale 😀

Yeah, and I know that Santa is the fat old guy in a red suit. What's PF though?

Plantar faciities....pain in the heels, can be very painful. Flat shoes are not a good idea for us sufferers 👍🏼

I love bare footin , so it was a logical move, when the price was right.

Thanks miss wobble . Rita walked 6 k this pm and seems OK. She will have my regular sports massage this week. Whilst I did 17.62 k (off road on my MTB) in 58 mins followed by 2.5 k run in 16.55 mins. It's my midweek purgatory ! Only 1 lb left to see 7 off. Going for gold. This weekend if I can't run the Donny 10 k on Sunday ( it's fully booked) I will do the 5k at Sherwood Pines park run on Saturday.

I have a pair of "ON's" very similar to these for my everyday shoe... I've been very pleased with them although they can trap the odd small stone. Hope you enjoy yours :-)

Like those - I wonder how long those lovely yellow laces will stay that colour!! I am also not very good on the technical stuff, still using my first and only (at the moment) running shoes 😉 Oh, and very well done on your weight loss.
