Have ran 3 10ks now, first official one on Sunday at Greenwich Park. Which means i cannot do parkrun on Saturday. So my plan is to a) go tonight 5k, b) Friday 10k then rest until sunday. Also need to avoid everyone at work who are sick and coughing and sneezing. Wish me luck

I may be wrong here (and may be reading your post wrong as well) but is it wise to do 10k on Friday if you are then doing 10k on Sunday? Obviously this depends on the distances you have been running each week so may not be a problem.
I would do it the other way round at the very least. In fact I wouldn’t do the 10k before the race at all. If you really really need to run on Friday a steady 3-4K but no more.
I would do a couple of easy runs to keep your legs ticking over but that is all. You don't need to do another 10k before Sunday.
