Hello, just signed up! I started c25k back in March and it has changed my life! I have gone on to run a 10k and am just about to do my second. I also help out with my running club's second intake of c25k.

Hi, and welcome! That's a great story, especially about helping with the next gen of C25K :) Which 10k are you doing, and when is it?

Thanks Anniemurph, I did choose my user name for this forum with some irony as being able to run is (or was) so not me! I'm in my late 50s, overweight and really non sporty.

I have so much to thank my running club for - they were so supportive and non- judgemental. I really enjoy going out with our new c25k intake and I am leading the slow group (!!!!) - it will be week 8 next week. They will be doing a parkrun in a couple of weeks. I will be so proud of them!

The 10k is tomorrow and is in Hove - a flat course!
