Hi everyone, I’m just finishing week 9 on C25k, I’m doing ok, so I’d like to look at the next step, I only started running in lock down, lost 3 and a half stone. I liked the structure of C25k. Going to be at abit of a loss without it..

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked July graduation home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated

🎓 🏃🏾 👍. Well done also on losing 3 and a half stone.

Before moving on, run several 30 minute consolidation runs then if you wish try The Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina.

If you want to run a 10K, after you do the Stepping stones you can do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.

Wow, well done. You’ve done great. I lost 2.5 stone with healthy eating and running. It feels good doesn’t it. Before increasing your distance after doing C25K get used to running 5K 3 x times per week for about 6 weeks first. It will build up your new running legs. I’m running for 3 years now. I’ve done many 10K‘S and 10K road races. But 5K is my very favourite distance.

Wow. How did you lose the weight? I’ve got one run left but haven’t lost anything!

Yes me too. I’m obviously making up the calories elsewhere!

Main difference for me is my hips and knees don’t ache now I run 3x weekly. Result!!!
