Hi there folks! Since returning from holiday I have been feeling under the weather π so runs have been sparse and short. Yesterday managed a slow 5k and today did a jog/stretch&flex work out in the forest (60 secs run then 90 secs brisk walk/s&f exercises using logs, trees, piles of rocks and the forest gate!). Unfortunately I was literally under the weather today - strong wind and rain didn't help but I persevered π I hope you all have a good week and enjoy your runs.
