Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going, sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.
If your a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.
Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

I'm really gutted as my running streak is over due to food poisoning.... next instalment of the C25k up to 10 tomorrow but sadly no vid as no running. I will make the following weeks' amazing!!!
Managed a 7k on Tuesday - not by design but I lost my way a little when out running a planned 5.5k, got my directions sorted but as it was getting late in the afternoon decided that I had better run home so as not to get caught in the dark (trail run so no street lights). Legs and bum did ache the next day though even after rollering. Anyway, I've managed to complete week 1 of the 10k challenge - 7k, 2.5k (intervals on the treadmill at the gym) and a 5k park run yesterday.
Looking forward to hearing about what torture is planned for week 2 of Ju-ju's 10k challenge
I managed to do my three runs this week so on schedule with Myasics and juju's challenge π Was pleased parkrun was cancelled locally yesterday as i was tempted to run it, which i think may have been pushing my total for the week too far. Im trying to be REALLY sensible now im off the IC πππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ
Managed to do myself an injury at the gym on Wednesday, Sun I managed to go out for my first run since then. Wasn't the planned longer run, but it was nice to run in the drizzle. Learning to adapt my programme as and when injuries/niggles/situations arise and not feel like I've failed in someway, is something I'm focusing on.
Did 7k on Saturday so thought I'd try it again Sunday. Pulled up short after 4 k with a thigh muscle on fire. Limped home. Looks like a few days on the sofa are in my future.
Felt good to get out and do your 6k. I decided to take it slowish and steady, and was pleased that was very little difference between my fastest and slowest paces throughout. Not often I achieve so much consistency.
Didn't even realise that it was actually dark by the time I got home and was hoping I wasn't asked "where did you go?........
