Another charity run in the bag!

Did another 5K fun run this morning and it was great. The weather was beautiful and I met some fine people. Got a time of 30.30 which was OK too. Not my best time but not my worst either :-). Was a bit of a sweaty mess at the end Got a real metal medal this time too!

Nice bling and nice finish time. Well done Decker. I'm looking forward to loads of 5k runs next year. Weather looked great too.

Thanks Damien. Yes I was perusing the running boards already to see if I could squeeze in another one before it gets too cold! 10k in the spring too, I hope

Thank you! Yes that feeling definitely outweighs the early wakeup to the cold, dark morn! Met some great people too
