So yesterday I ran 6k before breakfast and then went for a great walk up onto the South Downs along the ridge and down again, with my husband, who isn't a runner but wanted some exercise - another 11k. So definitely feeling smug that I can do both without feeling tired, well, only a bit!

It is good to feel fit, isn't it? Running and walking on one day, brilliant!

I had a similar conversation (note being able to talk) while walking up a steep Devon hill about how much fitter I am now that I've been running for 6 months - it's good isn't it!
