After giving up running after completing c25k 3 yrs ago, I'm back on track, 6 parkruns and I finally ran the whole way round in 37.14... now decided to push myself a bit further and hopefully help my 5k as well as attempting 10k... W1R1 completed yesterday in gym felt good. Let's see what tomorrow brings 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
