Just have come back from a short intervals run using NHS C25k+ SPEED podcast, still available thanks to @AndyD ‘s google drive backup!
It felt short and fast. I felt a bit heavy, as I usually do when running not long after lunch. But it was doable and I didn’t actually break out in any sweat. Not sure that is a good thing.
So I’m well into my 3rd week of my 10k consolidation plan ( details here healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... ) and starting to feel happy about that again.😃
Also managed to fit in my squats and Pilates again, and now off to shower and back to work. 😏
Happy running everyone! 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃♀️

That all sounds good well done. It's great when a plan comes together.I'm hoping to follow your lead and have a go at ones of the stepping stones podcasts this week.
Impressive run and it sounds good. I knew i shouldn’t have run before a late shift, night staff didn’t turn up!!! so guess who’s working a 10 hr night in the back of an 8 hour evening shift? It happened last time i ran before a late shift you’ve gotta 😂 😂 😂
