I am C25K graduate looking forward to achieve the 10K. I had never ever had an interest in running but the C25K programme really help me to enjoy running as well as to lose my weight. I just realised that I get motivated if there is a plan a head to be achieved and this will help me to get motivated to keep running and get my self active.
Hope there will be tips and guides or even a programme how to achieve this
