Hi. I graduated from c25k this week and have now started on a 5210k app and I found it hard.
The feeling of satisfaction I got from finishing the c25k gave me false hope today because i thought....I've got this, 20minutes is nothing...right... wrong!! I thought that it would be easy to run for 20 minutes but I was wrong. I did it though because if I don't do it today I will only have to do it again another day anyway.
Should I stick with the app or just go it alone and increase my distance slowly. I've got my first 10k in September...any advice would be really welcomed thanks ☺ xx
