Obviously that's a big fat lie I'm SUPER excited! AAAAH!
I had signed up for this race together with my dad long before graduating (which was 3 months ago). The route is around the local river, a stunning scene! It's a night run and from what I've heard the atmosphere is always amazing!
There's no way I could have gotten this far without the c25k plan. Hard to believe that at the beginning of the year I found it a struggle to run for 5 mins.
Wish me luck everybody

Ooh good luck for tomorrow sounds like a really nice route, and very much looked forward to. Will you need a torch to see or will the track be lit up?
Oh when I read that I was really hurt! My mouth went right down at the sides in a clown-like frown
So pleased you were having us on! I fell for it! Ha ha
Sooooooooooooo excited for you! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Has the faffing started? You gather your stuff together in one place. Well that's the plan but it all starts to unravel. Who ate my ruddy banana?
So, good luck for tomorrow. Your route sounds perfect. Have fun. I do hope bling is involved. If not, I hope the cakes make it all worthwhile. Bon voyage! And a "yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha!"
They are way dear though. I make my own. There is a fab power bar recipe on here. I just made a fresh batch. Now stashed under a big bag of spinach in the outside freezer 😃 they are only for longer runs and races, being heavy on calories.
Naked bars are good too if you don't bake your own. I make some raw ones too, chocchoc, fruity, espresso jobs 😜😋😛 No cooking needed ✔️
