NRC Coach Bennett is real and not just a voice in the NRC app after all!!!

Well after struggling with my runs for a couple of weeks but then getting a PB on 5km run on Sunday, I was on a real high, and I decided to tweet Coach Bennett to thank him for guiding me round. Didn't think he'd even see it but I got such a lovely reply to say he had spoken the words but I'd guided myself! OMG I feel like a groupie but I was and am so chuffed that ' the' actual Coach Bennett actually took the time to read and comment. Now when I do a guided run, it will be with my 'friend' Coach Bennett!!😆🏃‍♀️

Excellent that coach Bennett commentated about your post, nowadays there are a lot of "Auto voices" about such as Alexa but Coach Bennett and the coaches on C25K are humans like Laura.
