Which I totally didn't read correctly, In that I thought I had to jog for longer than 1 minute after the last 'fast' minute run. And because I thought that, I totally bottled doing the fourth interval in favour of being able to to keep moving. Oops!

On the plus side, I seem to be getting better at judging distance, as I got to the flat field near the river that I wanted to run my intervals in only about half a minute early 😜
