Getting there .... Slowly

I am feeling sorry for me lately. I was hoping to run three times each week and swim once a month. So far I am managing to swim at least twice a month if not more but my running is sometimes only once a week! I goal for the year is 942.26km, strange total I know but that is another story. So far I have only managed 268km so way behind 😼 My Parkrun times are still around 40 minutes and not getting any better. My runs are so inconsistent; one run I can run 3km without a walk break, the next I run can only manage 800 metres, the next I can do 4km!

I was trying to add a picture of my tracking trainers, I am quite pleased that I have managed to colour in two! But there seems you be a problem 😼

So I need to pull myself together and up my game! I need to cover 674.26km in seven months that's 96km a month. Doable? I was honestly beginning to think not 😼

I have written it on here so I need to get it sorted! Thanks for listening

Happy running 👟

Hello Net, your doing Ok with your Parkrun time, perhaps you could try and keep pace with someone you know runs at 36-40 mins, or do your best to keep them in your sights.

Do you do any core & leg strengthening training & hill work? that could help you..😀
