Definitely enjoying going from 3 to 4 runs per week, spreading my happiness further. It fits better into my works week too. Haven't managed to stick to 4 x 5k though. Started the week with a 7 as I had time and it was fun, need to go steady 😊

Go you...:)

I love 7K.. nearly as much as my 5K... but since I have only just managed to get back up to 5K after the IC, I think it may be a while, although yesterday's run was much more relaxed and comfortable!

Your pattern seems to be working and you are doing amazingly! You are obviously doing this all sensibly though and really pacing yourself. I am watching your progress with interest! :)

I like to do 4 runs a week too, although life gets in the way sometimes. I haven't felt any ill effects of it. I try to make sure there's 24 hours in between though, so I would try not to run one evening and then again the following morning.

Happy running. :)

Very sensible! I am the same - Monday and Tuesday morning, rest on Wednesday, Thursday morning run, rest Friday and Saturday morning run. Giving my legs recovery time that way and I have temporarily stopped my other exercises (step aerobics and cycling) for now to see how I go
