Indigestion run 😉

I have been doing exceptionally well with healthy eating lately and my total weight loss is 2 stone 8 lbs but I have had two bad days - cake, crisps, more cake due to social events. I didn't give in to bread but went out tonight after a dinner and leftover cake. As usual, one of my better runs, I managed 7.05 km at a pace of 7.05 mins per km.. no idea how that happened, it defies all common sense. However, I did feel sick at one point, so back on it as from this very second.

  • Just a bloated tummy, feel terrible and it is self inflicted. Need to be good again

  • I know how it feels, I don't do well on cake and carbs either.

  • If you do over-indulge just get back on a healthier footing the following day. At least if we do eat to much we can run it off 😀

  • Definitely, being healthy today, yesterday has gone now!
