Mmmmm, I'm sorry but there's not enough mud there πŸ˜‰ You'll just have to wear them again next time and find more puddles! Also aim for mud splashes up the back of your legs, always impressive that is! I had to laugh at one very, very muddy parkrun, runners were asking people to take photos of the back of their legs for them πŸ˜‚

Only kidding, well done on the 8 miles, no mean feat on trails!

Well done! Nothing like a good long trail run (and usually hard work). Glad your new trail shoes looked after you ☺.

A few more 8 or 10 miles and as Madge50 says, they will be pretty wonderful :)

Well done on the 8 miles - good run and a bit of mud on the shoes is always good!

It was filthy on the trail yesterday. I was in my road shoes! They have holes in the toes and the wet kept getting in. It does wake you up though πŸ˜€

I hope you are ok this morning 😊

Call that muddy? :)

I did much better, as posted here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

As Madge50 says you need to splash the back of your legs. In fact this morning I found I even had mud on the front of my jacket, I didn't notice when I got home on Saturday
