After pulling up short 3 weeks ago and having the embarrassment of She Who Must Be Obeyed come fetch me I took a week off to let the old thigh muscle rest a bit. Last week I did 3 x 6 k runs and went out last night to do the same so I finished my 6k but kept going and ended up doing my 5k route too. All in all 11k before home and a shower. Must have been that 1/2 bottle of red wine that did it.
