- and I think my body is telling me to reduce the volume next week. I hurt myself just a bit at parkrun yesterday - so I wasn't feeling much love when I went out with my running club today. So I ran by myself and only 6 k of run/walk. Will probably do around 20 klms next week - but maybe a bit faster average pace.

Yes, maybe if you take a couple of days off, you can get out there again later in the week.
