- and I think my body is telling me to reduce the volume next week. I hurt myself just a bit at parkrun yesterday - so I wasn't feeling much love when I went out with my running club today. So I ran by myself and only 6 k of run/walk. Will probably do around 20 klms next week - but maybe a bit faster average pace.

O don't overdo it listen to your body it would be a shame to make any aches worse 😊You are doing terrific runs well done 😊

Don't overdo it Bazza1234 . It's not a race, but a journey. But you are quite a way along the journey and I'm sure you'll be sensible. Hope you're not so sore today!
