Kept up at running club yesterday!

had a good 10K run yesterday - followed by a nice cafe breakfast. For the first time, I mostly managed to keep up with "the pack" at my Gold Coast running club. Normally the runners are too fast for me and the walkers too slow - but yesterday there was a new young 40YO lady member who matched my pace nicely. We eventually did lose the rest of them - but we chose our own course after that and completed the 10K. I hope she keeps coming!! :)

or even 'hope'.

Oh it does make a difference with a partner to run with who matches your pace. I don't have that anymore and I miss it. Hopefully she will be back to run with you again........could she be on here I wonder?

Excellent. It's nice when you find someone to have a chat with while running.
