First run on 5k+

Hi folks,

I'm new here having completed couch to 5k on Saturday.

I completed my first 5k+ (Stepping) this morning. I hadn't realised how you could use music for training and speed work.

I have a lot to learn and will have a lot of fun learning it.

Hope you all had a good run today.

All the best.

I'm always banging on about how good those + podcasts are, I still use them regularly. I preferred the other two, lots of people do, so do give those a try too xxx

I'm looking forward to trying the other podcasts, this week I will be doing three more of the stepping. Thanks for the advice. x

Yeah it's good int it! The Stepping Stones podcasts are tricky - no getting away from it, but do them and you'll be fitter for it

Have fun 😊
