They both did it! I watched poppypug 's race whilst cleaning my study.. well I did more watching that cleaning..it was sooooo wet!

I tracked PP from her link too, so I could see how she was doing .. mfamilias did it too! She zapped Gary, the Gremlin good and proper...

I hope everyone else had great runs too... Curlygurly2 and Madge50 , were running together today... cannot wait to read all the posts. better finish my study!!!

Did run one of week 4 today, in the rain, loved it. Off on holiday for a week in Harrogate tomorrow.

They have a gym, so the weather does not matter, lots of swimming as well. Am very slow, but I am doing it, completing all the runs. I have decided it is the distance not the time. Poorly inside of knees, have been sorted, pain relief gel and two knee support bands. The are great. No pain at all today.

Gary says that Gordon is the guy with "Flash" written on his T-shirt, and much as he'd like to be a super hero, It would defeat his mission. He'd love to chat about it more but he's busy making me procrastinate because I have a deadline to meet for tomorrow, and he loves getting me into a tizzy.

Thank you.. it was a first runniversary to remember... I just kept running, and running.. and it was dry and familiar, not like our glorious poppypug 's wet but triumphant run today...

It is... just sometimes, we manage to make it much too hard...I got soaked this morning it was brilliant..
