I'm now about to start my post 50 running plans. I'm going to playing around with a few things to see what fits in and if makes me fitter. Today I started with a speed 1km continuous running then a Hiit session. I want to do that three times a week building up the speed running to 5km over a period of time. I think if I really work at it I could get my time down a bit more.
Happy healthy week to you all.

After a week off from running my 1st 10k its time to get back into training again with the aim to better my times for future events and to sign up for 5k Parkruns and 10k's to give me incentive. Now I have a time for a 10k I can work out my pace for the easy long runs to improve my endurance and pacing as I was flagging towards the end and not finishing strongly.
