Bridge to 10k podcast?

Is there a particular podcast that you'd recommend? I've done a very quick search but couldn't find an NHS one!

There are a couple of podcasts on here. The current favourite seems to be "Bridge to 10k" with Samantha Murphy (which I'm doing myself - very slowly!). There's a link on here, put up about 12 days ago. It's in one of the responses to Bluebirdrunner . I can't copy links or I'd put it up for you, but if you hunt through her posts, you should be successful! Good luck!
