Right, that's it! Little bunny rabbit in my warm up AND my last run, which was hard enough, goodness knows!
Off to find the sweet Sami and give her a go!
Too hot and not enough drink this morning so took s while for the good vibes to kick in after this run. My own fault, I was up plenty early enough to have a pot of tea and then do the run. You feel so good for the rest of the day! Well the run was statistically disappointing, but sod it, as my silver haired mother was wont to say, at least it was a run!
Got to do something about that ruddy rabbit though!

Sami has some very interesting music. There's one where you're being stalked (particularly good when you're running alone at 6am), another one where the singer claims she can now breathe easy for the first time (doesn't apply to me) and a number of others which show an evil sense of humour! Have fun!
