Had a very good solid plodding 5k non stop run today which means I am well and truly back on track! Swallowed a fly but carried on. Thursday is my cake baking day too so butter ice ng and other delicious items were sampled before I went out

Well done Joolie and it's great you're back! That 5K is still a special landmark 🙂

You live in my hubby's home area - he was born in Finedon 🙂

Swallowing flies is horrid isn't it. Luckily have always had water with me when it's happened. Mind you- does then distract me for a while trying to remember going the "There was an old lady " song.
