Hi

Finally did the park run! Usually I run on my own and I wasn't sure how I'd feel running with lots of other people but I really enjoyed it. People were friendly and it was a flat route. I liked the way in which the results were texted to me later. I was pleased to run in under 30 minutes so will give it another go next Saturday. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement.

Parkrun is a wonderful example of people power in action and I often think that if the whole world could work like this then it would be a better place. Keep parkrunning, keep volunteering and keep spreading the word.

Keep running, keep smiling.
