Made it to 10K

Managed to run first 10K on Saturday - have been running between 7K and 8K regularly for a couple of weeks and thought I'd keep going to see if I could do it. 1hr and 11 mins - not the quickest, but was happy that my pace was really steady throughout and felt I could have run a bit further at the end. First 10K race in October - so happy to have at least one 10K under my belt! If someone had told me in January, when I started couch to 5K that I would run constantly for 1 hour and 11 mins I would never have believed them!

Well done! What a star. I'm stuck at 5k still but I'm calling it consolidation and not worrying too much. I'll aim for 10k in 2017 I think!

Congratulations, I've done 2 10 k's so far (but did walk) some bits! Not sure I'm brave enough for a race! Good luck.
