Managed to run first 10K on Saturday - have been running between 7K and 8K regularly for a couple of weeks and thought I'd keep going to see if I could do it. 1hr and 11 mins - not the quickest, but was happy that my pace was really steady throughout and felt I could have run a bit further at the end. First 10K race in October - so happy to have at least one 10K under my belt! If someone had told me in January, when I started couch to 5K that I would run constantly for 1 hour and 11 mins I would never have believed them!
