Photographed on Saturday, not so bad on the grass section maybe, but wouldn't fancy the trail sections... doesn't look as though he has shin splints!👣😊

I know a guy who wears Vibrams, says they are better for him with his bad back than the usual cushioned trainers..I wonder what Mrs yatesco thinks of that being a physio?
