Very slowly and unplanned but at the end of my planned 8.5km I was nowhere near home so I carried on. Even did my fastest km of the night on number 10.

Thank you.

Amazing, love it that you just carried on. Hoping to get there soon myself. Last time you ran round the park, this time it looks you went on an expedition to the next town or something! V inspired :)

Yeah, I didn't fancy going around the park 3 times so I decided to run out along the main road and back the way the local bus goes!

I've only just started going out on roads etc, as it's sometimes too dark to run on the canal. I think running round the park is a great idea though, as you don't have to stop for traffic I presume, i.e. when the park is closed?

I don't go inside the park as I'm not a fan of running on grass so I go on the pavement around the outside of the park. I prefer to run by the Kennet but I was busy yesterday day time.

Round where I am the parks are closed by the evening, to prevent crime I suppose, but they have great paths if I can just get there when they're open. When I get to long enough distances I'll be able to get to victoria park and run round there. But thinking of cycling there then running, could work too...
