Kit arrived and slightly disappointed .....

Disappointing as our tshirts should have our names on the back 😕

But we have a temp tattoo with race time prediction km markers. ..is it me or is that a cheaper way not have pacers. just look at your arm!! I don't mind not having pacers as I haven't had any in previous races but still.

All I can say is that the medal better be amazing with all the cost saving Nike have done this year.

1) no pre race party at the mall. Kit sent in the post.

2) changing the event to 8am rather than having an evening...so after party won't be much.

3) plus it was £18 to enter a dramatic increase from last year.

its not bad... i just feel a bit negative. The t-shirt is a good one. Its we run Santiago, which i ran last year. I think i am bit stressed and throwing my toys out the pram today!!

Yes it does seem like Nike have made some cuts compared to last year.

I think yesterday i was feeling a bit negative and disappointed. I am sure on the day I will feel better. Just a bit stressed with selling house so taken it out on NIKE.

Just done a run and feeling better today.

I hope you feel better today Vixchile. Did you query the fact your name isn't on the back? I'm sure there's a blog somewhere where lots of people are complaining!

I am feeling better thank you. I think yesterday I was annoyed and stressed because we are currently selling our house and i think it was just another thing. This morning its not a big deal not having my name on the back and I am sure when I return to the UK i will be the only person running in a we run santiago t-shirt.

Also the Chilenos don't complain, even if its terrible. They are only just starting to learn about complaining, it must be really bad for them to get upset. I have got a grip this morning and realised its only a t-shirt!!

Thank you. At least it will a bright t-shirt for all those dark mornings and nights when I return to the UK!
