Pelvic pain and frequent night time urination help

Hello, just joined, had a Colonoscopy after having awful left side pelvic pain and terrible night time urination every hour to 2 hours since last October.

Dr. said Diverticulitis and this so why I’m urinating so much. Asked what to do and was just given a list of foods to avoid and go back to your Dr. if it doesn’t improve, my general Dr. plus others I’ve seen had no clue what this was, looked at me like. I was nuts. This is driving me insane!

How do you stop this pain and night time urinating, my bladder is so full every hour/2 hours, it’s painful and wakes me up.

I seem to be falling apart, was also diagnosed with Hashimotos. I keep fit, eat well…

I really help with this, I cry from all this I also have depression which is not helping.

I’m trying to do a lot of research but is it a case of getting the inflammation down? If that’s what it is? Will things get better, will I ever sleep again!

Thank you in advance. ❤️
