Only recently informed I have high blood pressure, side effects from first two prescriptions now trying third, have looked at my diet and gone from 13st 3 to 12st 11 in just over a week. I must be doing something right.

If one of your meds is a diuretic then you will lose weight. I lost 10lbs without trying to diet, unfortunately its crept back on over the years.

Well, I have stopped eating rubbish food basically and doing more exercises but not running as some do. Walking for an hour this afternoon but leisurely walking.
