I have been recommended thiamine (B1) to help with OAB. Anyone else had experience with this?

Also there is a herbal patch - Weak Bladder Patch- which you stick on skin. Readily available from a number of places, just Google

I get the urge to urinate more in the night time more when I sleep on my right side only. If I sleep on left side it will be normal. I don't know what a strange problem is this?? Anyone in this forum friends suggest me why it's happening??
